Basic Meeting or Conference Hire 

• 1/2 Day hire (up to 4 hours) $250 (plus GST)
• Full Day / Night $350 (plus GST)

Bar Facilities (Meeting or Conference) 

• Hourly Rate – Minimum 3 hours $50 p/hr (plus GST)

Function Hire including Bar Facilities 

• Birthdays $500
  • Bond $500
  • Deposit 250
• Weddings $1500
  • Bond $500
  • Deposit $250

CBYC Catering may be available on request – please contact our team at cbyc01@gmail.com

Outside catering – No separate charge will be made to use kitchen facilities. Any excess cleaning will incur a charge to cover cleaning costs per hour

DCLEP/Public Meetings – No charge – please contact Secretary to book

Quick Response Hire – In the event that a quick response request for hire is made, a decision may be determined by the Commodore and Secretary
